Our Brands

In recent years, The Preiss Company has developed multiple brands that are succeeding in diverse markets nationwide. Our goal is to create remarkable brand identities within our portfolio that allow prospects to instantly recognize the unique experience each brand offers. Currently, we have four properties under The Collective brand, three existing Signature communities with one in development, and one existing Edition property with another in development.

Our Collective brand allows its residents to curate a lifestyle filled with friends, space, and room to roam. The Collective cottages provide larger floor plans and common spaces, along with locations suitable for combining academic and social convenience.

Our Edition brand offers a relaxed, urban lifestyle to its residents. Well-located with elevated finishes, the opportunity for refined living is provided to all.

The Signature brand offers a uniquely urban and contemporary design, highlighted by fresh, high-end unit finishes and amenities in prime locations.
